Enjoy an Arabic language course in Tunisia at our language school in the city of Sousse.

Sousse, which is situated on the East coast of the country is Tunisia's third largest city with approximately 300,00 inhabitants. Sousse is a city of contrasts from the historic Medina where you can buy just about anything to the modern coastal port and towns. The Medina is in the old part of Sousse and is surrounded by well-preserved walls. Souks and stalls line the street inviting the adventurous to barter for a good price.

Port El Kantouai is part of Hammam Sousse and is a very modern resort situated 6 kilometers north of Sousse and 30 kilometers from Monastir. The resort is purpose built and centres around a marina where there are beautiful yachts all year-round. Students can take a pleasure cruise from here for the day to go deep-sea fishing or to take any of the numerous water sports available. There are very good, non-expensive restaurants and fabulous 5 star hotels where we have arranged for student placements. The El Kantouai golf course is nearby, and the port can be reached by taking the blue and white Noddy Train or taxi.

SCHOOL FACILITIES
6 Air-conditioned classrooms with a maximum of 15 students per class. There is a library, common/social room, computer language lab, sports facilities, pool, shops, 24 hour snack bar, photocopy, fax, international telephone and free internet access. Computer laboratory has 10 computers

The school is located in an area midway between Hammam Sousse and Port Kantoui and five minutes from the beach and city centre. The building is a new state of the art building with all the latest facilities. The student atmosphere of the school is 50% of the students are from Europe and 50% Middle Eastern.

THE BASICS
Course for all language levels (3) - set dates for beginners - use of course materials - each student will be expected to take a short placement test on the first Monday morning - lessons are usually held in the mornings starting 08:00am each day - min age 18 - Max. 20 students per class (average 12) - set course lengths

Standard: (15 lessons per week, 3 group lessons daily)

Intensive: (20 lessons per week, 4 group lessons daily)

NOTE: French or Modern Standard Arabic is taught. Prices remain the same.

Summer program accommodation: Our Summer program offers shared room in the student residence at an additional cost.

Semester program accommodation: Accommodation is not provided, however our staff will be happy to assist you in finding a place to stay during your time in the country.

NOTES: Airport transfers may be included or available, also extra nights can be booked before / after course (at an additional cost), please check price page for details. The Sunday night accommodation before your course begins on Monday, is included in the program price. All meals will be local custom and meal times may be different to what you are used to, however you are not obligated to eat all your meals with the family, just notify them when you will not be returning to eat.. Our families are diverse with young couples without children, couples with children (of all age groups) and older couples with grown children who are no longer at home.
