Below are our program options and start dates offered at this location. All prices quoted are in US dollars, subject to change and override any published prices. If you would like to convert into Canadian Dollars, please click here for a currency conversion.
To enroll in a program a $300.00 deposit is due along with the enrollment form before any space can be held on any of our programs. Should the total cost of the program exceed $3000.00 (CAD or US), a deposit of 10% of the program fees is due at the time of enrollment. The balance of the program fees are due no later than 45 days before the program start date. If the program is booked less than 45 days prior to the program start date, then the full program amount is due immediately. A late booking fee of $45 will apply and will be added to the program price.

| WHATS INCLUDED IN PROGRAM PRICE |
STANDARD: 4 lessons daily (20 lessons per week)
or
INTENSIVE: 5.5 lessons daily (27.5 lessons per week)
Use of teaching materials including textbooks and additional instructional documents.
Placement test on the first Monday at beginning of course.
Host Family accommodation in private room with 2 meals daily and laundry service.
Maximum class size: 4 students.
Cultural and social activities: 2-3 organized per week.

Language proficiency certificate at end of program upon request.
Airport pick up at San Jose airport on Saturday and transfer to accommodations for the night.

Airfare, passports, visas or permits, travel and medical insurance, spending money, some optional activities and excursions.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
Classes are held Monday to Friday. Accommodations are included in the program price from the Sunday before classes begin until the Saturday after they end.
COURSE ONLY PRICE
Please Note: A course only fee of $150 will be added to the cost of all Course Only programs if available. This fee covers specific administrative costs involved in booking this type of program.
Standard course only (per week): $330.00
Intensive course only (per week): $450.00
Additional private lesson (per hour): $30.00 (not available May 1 - Aug 1)

Extra night's accommodation if arriving early or departing late (per night): $30.00.

AIRPORT PICK UP CITY:
Airport pick up is available from San Jose Airport:
All students should plan to arrive in San Jose on Saturday prior to their program start. Students will be picked up at the airport and taken to a guesthouse on Saturday (accommodation cost $16.00) and then taken to the bus station on Sunday morning. Transportation by private or public bus will be arranged to Monteverde on Sunday morning (approx. cost $25 - $35).
Students not choosing the airport pick-up should make their own way to Monteverde, arriving on Sunday. Please be sure to contact the school no later than Thursday to make arrangements to meet with your family.
